Wow. Lewis. What a great lap - he has got Rosberg rattled I think.

The first lap tomorrow is going to be extremely interesting......

To get Pole with that lock-up as well - he must have been 2 or 3 tenths up surely if he'd put the lap together properly?!

This is going to be a cracking race!

Don't agree...

To pull 3 tenths in the last sector is not luck.

The lcd screen on the Merc steering wheel is quite big isn't it. I reckon they could circumvent the radio rules by sending the drivers a text message
Two way telemetry is banned.

So the pit cannot send a message to the car...
What's the definition of telemetry? Would a message saying 'hammer time' (for example) be deemed telemetry?

Nothing between the top guys there. Gutted that Kimi didn't get a final run, I think Ferrari had the pace to steal pole there, Alonso certainly made a mistake on his final run.

Best qualifying session this year, got proper tense at the end.

Shame Kimi couldn't join in, he was definitely not impressed from his radio message.

Feel sorry for Grosjean, every time they get somewhere the car craps itself.

I'd love to know what distance on the track 0.007 is.

Gonna be a good race tomorrow.

telemetry is sent from car to pit, they can't transmit data from pit to car.
Banned since 2003...
