It was explained to me that the relationship between Germany and Austria is not dissimilar to the relationship between England and Ireland, or England and Scotland. When thought of in that way, it makes a lot more sense.

Every driver has one, usually with a tape recorder in thier hand, some stay closer than others, to stop the interveiw if the driver gets a bit gobby or starts slating the team (as Alonsos "handler" did the other day as Ted was interveiwing him).

Nico unlucky, if we count it as a DNF that puts the drivers level. Great sportsmanship by requesting to run to the end of the race.

Ultimately the right bloke won, to lose a WDC with 11 race wins would be silly.
