Sauber revoked van der Garde's paddock pass this weekend after they apparently reneged on his 2015 race contract

Kaltenborg was a lawyer previously, so you would think she would have the legal stuff pre-empted.

Given how close they are to the financial edge you'd think Sauber would be very wary of court cases which would not only cost them money up front but also scare off potential sponsors/pay drivers in the future

As a sponsor, would you want to be associated with a team that demonstrates that its word is no good, even on a signed contract ?

I don't have much sympathy for Sutil... he has to be one of the weakest drivers in F1 and given how competitive F1 is it is amazing he has stuck around so long.
