Would Max Chilton still be in for the other car?
Unlikely I'd say, I think his Dad still has a decent size stake in Carlin, and he seems to be all set to drive for them in Indy Lights this season so I wouldn't have thought he's going to jump back to Manor.I expect the third driver will be Jordan King, whose Dad is reportedly behind the rescue of the team, and the other race driver will be someone with some cash to help get the team back on a reasonable financial footing before Jordan steps up to a race seat in 2016/17.

Is your implication that they don't deserve the money for Jules Bianci's hard-won points last year if they don't make it to Melbourne?
WTF?How the hell did you get that from the above?
Allowing some common sense into this joint for a split second. If they don't compete at all this year they get nothing.
The point I was trying to make is, if they make it to Melbourne with two 2015 cars, they deserve the money regarless of what happens there after. Because, there are some screwed up rules that state things abour running in certain sessions, or if they don't make the first three races they don't get anything, etc

Reports suggesting that the man behind it is Justin King - used to run Sainsbury's, son Jordan is moving up to GP2 for 2015 and he was tipped as a potential successor to Bernie for a while.
Fingers crossed he pulls it off, if nothing else it'll guarantee another Brit on the grid in 2016.
So will they be driving for Nectar points.Fingers crossed he pulls it off, if nothing else it'll guarantee another Brit on the grid in 2016.

Prize money for 2014 should not require any kind of action in 2015, the whole premise of this is wrong to me. How the hell did you get that from the above?

Chilton is now confirmed doing a full season programme for Nissan in GT1 so won't be in the Manor-Marussia for sure.
On the subject of prize money, the cash isn't actually prize money, but an ongoing share of F1 rights income based on past performance. It continues for the next three years as long as they show up.

The Manor Marussia F1 Team looks forward to its participation in the 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship.
Formal agreement was reached with Manor’s creditors on Thursday 19th February 2015 in order to allow the team to come out of administration, following new investment from Stephen Fitzpatrick.
Manor’s President & Sporting Director will be Graeme Lowdon, with former Sainsbury’s CEO Justin King taking over as the team’s interim Chairman.
The team has been preparing the cars with which it will begin the 2015 season and which comply fully with the 2015 regulations. Later in the season it will introduce a new 2015 specification car as per the designs initiated last year.
Graeme Lowdon said: “I want to thank all of the teams, the FIA, Formula One Management, our suppliers and staff and of course all of the fans for the support we’ve received over the past six months. It has been a challenging period for all of us but we’ve come through it and now we just want to go racing again. With formidable new business leadership in Stephen Fitzpatrick and the board presence of Justin King we are now in a great place ahead of the new season. This is a fantastic and very rewarding moment for all those involved with the team.”
Justin King said: “It’s a real pleasure for me to be involved in Manor. I know from the years I spent at Sainsbury’s that with the right people, the right values, and sheer hard work, you can turn any business around. In Graeme and Team Principal John Booth we have all three and I’m fully confident that we can help Manor be competitive at the highest level of racing.”
Stephen Fitzpatrick said: “We've all worked incredibly hard to get the car ready for Melbourne and the season ahead. Our fans have given the team amazing support for many years and we want to restore Manor to the very best of racing in the future. I have a lifelong passion for Formula One and can't wait for the season ahead, with Manor and the team.”

So where does Stephen Fitzpatrick get £30 million? A quick google doesn't bring up anything suggesting that he has anywhere near that amount laying around (to effectively lose playing around with an F1 team).
In fact the first result is a Guardian (not even a Daily Mail) article on how he has taken £2 million out of OVO to buy a new house.

Well bloody done to all involved, hard to believe they've found a way back, but they proved last year they are racers. Glad the team and at lease some jobs have been saved.
I'll be happy to see them back on the grid, even more so if they find a way to be competitive at some point during the season.

Any news on a second Driver?
Are they looking for someone with loads of cash or decent experience?
My money is on the former at this stage, and a valid Super License obviously. I wonder if Esteban Gutierrez with his Ferrari links might be a possibility, or maybe Giedo Van Der Garde if he doesn't manage to sue his way into a Sauber. Are they looking for someone with loads of cash or decent experience?
