I think Gutierrez has already ruled himself out of that one, or at least that's what he said last week (think it was reported on one of Crofty's testing updates on Sky).

I wonder if the car will have any sponsors on it? Possibly a good time to do a 2-3 race deal while they have a load of attention.

They tweeted a picture of the truck leaving for the airport at midnight.

Respect for pulling off what many, including me, thought was impossible.

It's being reported by the thejudge13 website too, it would be a terrible shame if it happens after what they have all been through.

Were the computers sold off to randoms in the auction, or to Haas when he bought the Marussia factory building?

I believe that most of the trackside IT kit was in the 2nd auction (that was pulled), however they were all wiped prior to them going up for auction.

If it's true that's nothing more than poor organisation and planning, this is exactly why F1 doesn't need them on the grid.

That I agree with, although I find it hard to believe that they would not have thought of it and been sure of a solution in time for this weekend before going to the expense of getting everything ready and shipping it and team to Australia.
