Ooh not sure about the first Force India, and they're my team of choice since the Jordan 191 days. The Spyker was pretty distinctive and bold though.

I remember really liking the Kubica Renault but looking back on it via google images it seems pretty ugly now... maybe it looked better when moving!

ETA: Conversely I remember disliking the Brawn GP livery but I've just googled it and decided I quite like it... the biggest problem that year were the awful non-revolving centers in the wheels.

Rothmans livery always looked great on whatever it was put on but being a huge Williams fan in the 90's it was my favourites.

Strange though that I was mainly a Williams fan because of Hill yet my favourite car is the FW19 from the year he left.
