At least they are apparently allowed to race. What happens when a Ferrari gets out in front, I can't see them scrapping for the win.

After this, let's have some fireworks please! Let's have a rerun of 2014, with the Ferraris in the mix too. Can't wait!

Random fact; Felipe Massa has won the Bahrain GP twice, in 2007 and 2008.

No, but I do hope for them to qualify way down and have to race a bit. Lewis enjoys this anyway.
He should start from the back for the fun of it....

Fingers crossed it is like last year's. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Hamilton and Rosberg had an absolute ding dong, bare knuckle fight of a race after Bernie Ecclestone and Luca di Montezelomo had been bhing about "taxi driver racing".
Yes, that is about the best hope we have. BUT I suspect Nico will be 2.5 seconds behind Lewis after the third lap...
ROS used engine settings he wasn't given the go-ahead to use last year. The racing probably would'nt have been so close otherwise.

Merc have 'nipped that in the bud' this year, so I'm not so sure the racing out front will be so stellar. Midfield should be ace though

Then Ferrari will win by a mile from Williams.

There was action in China down the pack. Verstappen for starters

Didn't Hamilton do the same? I saw one post-race interview (think it might have been Bahrain, but I'm not certain) where he said he'd been effectively turning everything up to 11 to stay ahead.

Not that I think it will make a difference - Hamilton has the edge on Rosberg and if we have another two or three more races like the three we've already had I think it'll be game over for the championship.

I'm pretty sure Rosberg did it in Bahrain and Hamilton retaliated in, I think, Austria although that seems too long after.

I think this race will determine whether I can be bothered to watch the rest of the season live or just record it and fast forward though 90% of the race.

Did either of you two sit through the Schumacher era? That was far, far more boring than what we have now! A race with 2 overtakes would be considered exciting!

That era wasn't far off the tedium of watching SV run off with it for 4 years.

At least this year we have 2 drivers in the same car, whereas SB seemed to have a different car to poor old MW smile

Run off with it? You mean the seasons that went down to the last race?

The worst thing at the moment is listening to James Allen.
