what was it kimi dodged a penalty for a couple of races ago?

It's beginning to feel like 10 years ago or something...
The 1st lap contact (i think with one of the Lotus cars) in Australia?

According to all parties the contract is being read by LH's lawyer but being 88 pages and back to back weekends it's taking some time for LH to read it.
Probably the longest book he's ever read, bless.
Hmm. Lovely personal attack. You really think that's true of LH?

Why is it artificial in 2015 but not in 1986? Both had skid blocks to protect the cars from the ground, RBR had it on their front wings from 2009 despite the wings not being allowed to flex that much.
I was reflecting on some commentary in previous threads that it was just for the show. In part it is - the wooden blocks have been fine to measure wear in recent years - the titanium it embedded into that block. i.e. it doesn't change the FIA's ability to check compliance, it is just for the show.

Which I'm fine with.

I reckon Nico will get pole. He has a massive weight advantage over Lewis....he's been crying non-stop since Shanghai, so has probably wept a good 2kg of body weight...

I can see Rosberg really trying to set the car up for qualifying this race to try and change things up.

Q2 and Q3 should be interesting. Ferrari pace doesn't look as strong... looks like Williams have caught them up again? Is Bahrain a big power circuit?
Bad luck for JB and Pastor.

It's the nut controlling the throttle.

All that money thrown at F1 and Honda are very poor. So far away from the decent engines they produced in the late 80's.

Electrical failure, unlikely a Honda problem.

Kvyat must be looking over his shoulder for Marko carrying a knife surely?
He was promoted too fast, he needed another year or so to mature and gain experience in the junior team with less pressure.
Yep.. I can see him being knifed too, but I think it would be a real shame if that is the end of his F1 career because the situation is not entirely of his making really and he has shown real promise.

Ricciardo is a smiley character, I think he handles the pressure well. I have never seen Kvyat smile once. If he's starting on a downer it can only get worse.
