TAG and TAG Heuer are not the same thing. The watchmaker used to be part of the TAG Group, but was sold off about 15 years ago. The TAG Group is owned by Mansour Ojjeh, and is a 25% shareholder of the McLaren Group.

Hmmmm. Hot weather, a Ferrari that's kind on its tyres and a resurgent Raikkonen could make for a great race.
Temps look to be anything but hot -
Fri 13C
Sat 16C
Sun 16C

Certainly not on par with the last race and cooler then China was.
The race is in 3 weeks iIRC?
Average temp for Spain in May is 20c. Mercedes 1-2
Looks like 22C Saturday and 23C Sunday so unlikely that tyres will be the deciding factor. If the Ferrari engine upgrade comes this weekend then it'll be close no matter what.

I'm heading over on Friday morning -15 of us on a stag do. Absolutely can't wait, never been to Barcelona let alone The Catalunya circuit. Anyway does anyone know if there is English radio at the circuit? I've got a pocket dab/fm radio which I use at Le Mans and I'm hoping i can use it this weekend. Cheers

Was just reading that Redbull have a massively redesigned front nose. So much so that it's taken them 60 attempts to pass the crash test.

Just saw this piece of news on the BBC website:

Susie Wolff admits she feels "very far away" from becoming the first woman to race in Formula 1 for 40 years.

The Scot will drive for Williams at the Spanish Grand Prix first practice on Friday but realises she may never race.

"I have shown I am capable, I'm in a very competitive team, I drive a car which is capable of podium positions," Wolff said.

But she admitted that Williams's decision to sign Adrian Sutil as their reserve driver this season was a blow.

"That was a sign that, 'Yes, you're close, but you are still very far away'," she said.

It'll be interesting to see if there's large attendance at the GP this weekend now that Spanish football is suspended.

Moto GP last weekend had 120k on race day IIRC.
