Lotus F1 at brands today

spoke to someone there around midday, said they had done 4 single laps over the course of the morning. sounds like fun.

Went along this morning, was a bit of fresh air and a lovely sunny morning. Yep, barely anything happening really, the F1 car went out for a few laps, all looked pretty sedate until they then did a few laps with an AMG ML with camera crane on the roof and the F1 car speed was put into perspective when you saw how hard they were driving it to keep pace at even F1 crawling speed! They did two fake pit stops, one relaxed practice start, then we got bored and went home. Still for a freebie, when you live under 30 mins away and it's a sunny morning and a day off.... can't complain

Just had the Lotus 72 out on its own and with the E23 a lovely sight and sound !
Its a filming day so lots of downtime for camera changes and stuff but a free lunchtime pit walkabout with the cars out on display still a very good day.

Popped in for half an hour. Left as they were doing some passenger rides in a Elise (I think). One spun up at Clearways and I was just wondering if anyone can confirm it was Maldonado driving?

Brundle tweeted that he did 37 laps and also binned it. Ran out of talent apparently, and also said that JB's words of warning were running through his head.

Brundle was at silverstone. At brands it was Grosjean,Maldornado, Palmer and Herbert.

It was Grosjean who spun in the yellow Evora.
