None of mine so far serve any purpose other than to "dick around on" however, there is a new addition joining shortly, and that has purpose albeit young Fleegle will not approve.
Mmmm... do I detect a scooter purchase? That's a bit like admitting you like a twelve inch dick rammed up your botty
I keep looking at this turd of a bike with wanting eyes:

I'll pretend i'm Steve McQueen for 5 minutes then put it in the shed never to be seen again.

I'm in exactly the same boat; really tempted by a brand new MSX 125 just to potter about on.
They're like £75 a month with a tiny deposit and seem to hold their money for a fair while too I can see them being the next "monkey bike" in a few years and being really sought after. Plus it would go nicely in the garage alongside my 1979 Honda Dax

Still isn't registered, battery thrown away, started once, sat on it twice.
That is a poor effort. My 312RR's battery lasted 62 months and it has just over 7100 miles on now.Still isn't registered, battery thrown away, started once, sat on it twice.
As for buying a bike for no real reason. I have a 4700 dry miles SRAD 750 injection that I bought just because it was mint. I don't even like Suzuki's !
