Very nice pics and I agree there's nothing wrong with the sound of a grid-full of DFV's. But they are now 30 years old and I wonder when there will be a race series for 'newer' old cars like the V10's. Maybe a 1985-95 category, then the value of my Sauber C12 might increase ;-) I wasn't joking when I said does anyone have an Ilmor V10 engine...

I dug out some photos and (less controversial) video footage from the Masters race at Brands last year. Amazing to see these cars raced so close - in fact, I don't think I've ever seen any single seaters dice quite like this, never mind terrifying ones like these...
