I'm amazed that Rosberg managed to get back to the pits in one piece.

It must be very difficult to drive an F1 car in the wet when you're laughing your tits off.

Odd with Hamilton - front wheels locked, rears turning?

Toto and Ted was the most awkward interview I've ever seen.

I know it's a familiar refrain of mine, but could the BBC please ditch Suzi Wooden-Perry and replace her with Lee McKenzie, who clearly really understands the sport, is a much more natural, fluid, articulate presenter?

Probably because Ted makes stuff up in his mind about people being annoyed or upset, when it isn't actually the case.

If Toto thought he was a nutter before that interview confirmed it !

Hulk's puncture looked quite bad with the sidewall failing, Pirelli blaming the rim - I wonder what the issue was.

I had turned off by that point. Did they talk about umbrellas?

You get the sense that Ted is more interested in listening to his own voice, than to those he is interviewing.

Ted is a great guy and has some great stories, but many of them are not suitable for broadcast as i learned.

He spent a fun 30 mins chatting to British fans in the GA area at the Italian GP, lovely guy, didn't have to stop but he is passionate about F1 and makes it accessible, which is important.

Is he the most technical? No. But that would be dull and we have forums for that. Does he present things in a reasonable way to average fan (and I stress average, which includes my 70 year old mum)? Probably. Nuances are for PH wink

Did anyone see the girl in the grandstand pouting at the camera on her iPad and then looking crestfallen when she realised she was on TV? rofl

He does seem to be a pretty rounded racer so far. Reminds me of Massa/Irvine in a way, only better.

Fair play for sending the two Mercs out for the fans...
They didn't send the cars out for the fans. They would've been going for a practice start. It was never Inters though.

A big +1 from me on this - Suzi Perry doesn't even look 'hot' anymore.

Been off the boil for a few years now. Suzi, the reason to watch F1 on Sky. And also because Brundle is really good.

Confusing interview from Lewis:
"it wasn't my call to go out"
"collectively we didn't think it was a good call to go out"

So who sent him out - was he persuaded by the organisers?

Anyone else getting miffed with all the red flags? No wonder people are switching off if a parked car (x2) is deemed too dangerous for anyone to drive past...
