Brundle & Grid walkabout.
That was embarrassing, how rude he is to everybody & his question to people' What's happening'

I cringed watching him. Coulthard seems most reluctant to do the grid walkabout & Brundle is downright rude.

Switched off to write this. Rant over Back to prog now

Canal+ Sport was the only channel I've found it on in France before now.

The team sent Verstappen out with only half the retainers fitted to the engine cover - they 'hoped' it would hold it. I don't think the penalty is pretty reasonable under those circumstances..
Indeed, given the sensitivity around head injuries at the moment for obvious reasons I'm surprised the punishment wasn't more severe given how much bodywork / bolts etc flew off, particularly as it wasn't a mistake but an intentional risk.

I think the Grid Walk has had its day now. It was fresh and exciting when Brundle invented it and was using his personal friendships and contacts to get access that we'd not seen before.

Now that everyone is doing them and "grid walkers" are buzzing round drivers like flies round a turd, I find it all rather tedious. Trouble is, it's kind of expected now.

fingers crossed both Ferraris can get ahead of Lewis at the start - probably the only chance of seeing a race today. Otherwise an easy cruise to victory for Lewis (reliability issues aside).

Depends where it is. I find Monaco to be the worst as its full of pseuds trying to be genuine F1 fans for once a year whilst promoting their latest film, song etc hurl
