then going to pay £6.99 for Sky races via a Now TV box.
Which is fine if you don't want to watch quali.

Although I have to say, I'm somewhat "take it or leave" it with quali this year, although do usually watch it.

I can live with BBC highlights for Quali (or a quick catch-up on the Sky show on raceday) if it means saving £230 per year. Giving up the afternoon on a Saturday and Sunday of a weekend is rarely practical for me anyway.

Oh, absolutely. In a similar position, I wouldn't pay £230 extra just to be able to watch quali either. smile

Gave them a call, reduced my package by nearly 50%. £22 for HD pack, every channel aside from Movies and Sport (but still retaining F1), pleased with that.

As for the box issue askew. Get one from eBay. Mine died recently, 4 years old. Not bad, the old plus boxes didn't last much more than 12 months. Anyway, found a seller in London, sat repair place, refurbed box for £36.99 free postage 5 year guarantee. Took 24hrs to arrive. Better option than sky £65 1 year guarantee and a week or more wait.
