Looks a bit chilly there, lots of jackets and coats in the paddock.
Sky F1 commentators were saying it is a lot colder than they expected..

Good to EJ back at this race to give us the benefit of his full, clear and concise assessment of F1.

If they fly Putin in, and stand him there, chest out and arms outstretched, shouting, "come on then!" In Russian, they will be good to go immediately. Nothing's getting past him! Go Vlad!!

Possibly stupid question: Despite Sainz missing qualifying is there any chance of him being permitted to start the race from the back of the grid/pits if given the all clear by the medics?

Because he competed in Practice sessions then yes, it is a realistic possibility.

The team would go to the stewards and ask for permission.

Qualifying could be interesting after such little track time all weekend.

I'm not in love with this circuit at all really.
Is it just me or did Button completely spoil a couple of hot laps in Q2 there?

Beautiful. Best moment of the year. Red bull in a perfect storm of their own making. Don't count your chickens etc, definitely don't slag off your current engine supplier before you have another lined up. Exactly what Williams did to Bmw, even down to Renault maybe now going to buy a team to prove their worth.

Truth hurts, doesn't it, and an interesting insight into Horner's petulance, perhaps?
