Really hope someone asks both Mercedes and Lewis why he wasn't put on SS.

Don't mind who wins but at least make a race of it. The staying out strategy made no sense if he was just going to put primes on anyway.

Being on 3 lap used SS and working them hard trying to catch would've made a great ending. 2nd place was never in doubt.

looking back over the season I seem to remember falling asleep at about 2pm and waking up about 2.40pm and nothing much had changed. Can we have some proper racing next season please.

Lewis getting increasingly irritated with the team strategy calls........ continually questioning what is going on and in the end Rosberg won again. I wonder how things will pan out next year IF Rosberg wins the first couple of races and puts some pressure on.

Kimi putting in one of his best drives in a long time. Perez impressive as well.

The room of awkwardness with 44s all over the place is hilarious.

Wow, so Lewis chose to use the SS. Seems a bit out of character confused

Not sure how a driver can wholeheartedly celebrate a win that was organized by the team via a sequence of engine map adjustments. It's the motor racing equivalent of a singer lip-syncing. Surely you'd feel empty.

Has that room ever been as quiet ?

Good to see Kimi back up on the podium.

No, he chose the soft according to Toto. Can't help feeling there's more to it than that though.

And here we go again... whinge whinge whinge.

Rosberg won.

Hamilton lost.

End of.

(Strategies, instructions about engine maps, tyre decisions, etc were in force all year, not just today...)

I was thinking something similar does he think Lewis is arsed he did his job and has been on his holidays for weeks now.
We need more drivers and more cars competing or this is going to kill the sport.

They should have let ham call the strat - if he was wrong like thye thought he was they would then have it in the pocket to use against him if he questions start next year when there's championships at stake. They'd win the race either way so whats to lose?

If predictions are right that fez will be strong next year and they won't have their advantage they can't be fooling around like this.

I can see Ferrari & Vettel doing the double next year, they'll have a proper no1, no2 set up, Merc will try a fair's fair risk free method and it'll cost them points hand over fist next year.

Lovely lady up on the podium must be glad she didn't pick a bright bra today, I can see the uproar in that region if she had hehe

gifting Rosberg his wins keeps him happy and it keeps the team happy and Lewis Hamilton World Champion.
We need Ferrari and possibly Red Bull and even Williams up there for next season please please please

This race was won before the first turn. Mercedes then neutered Hamilton. Not a good note to end the season on.

I have a new found respect for this Lewis mk2 (or is he mk3 now?)- able to make his point without getting flustered, constantly aware of strategies, able to have measured conversations over the radio at 200mph... To think that at the beginning of 2014 I was hoping Rosberg would beat Hamilton.

Thought that too, a brightly coloured lacy number would have gone down a storm there!
