As a Ferrari supporter, God I hate Kimi. He's just so, I dunno, benign when it comes to racing. At least Vettel would have challenged the Merc's.

Anyway, thats Ferrari's season over after just four fking races. Vettels 67 points off Rosber after 4 races. Even considering Kimi is laughable.

Well done Rosberg. Pole, win, fastest lap with a new lap record.

Just lucky I guess?
helps when your teammate gets pretty much removed from the equation for the last two races and you are a second quicker than the rest of the pack. well driven all the same. Hopefully Lewis will have his reliability sored for next race though there's a whole year of penalty & reprimand pain building up for him down the line.pretty much done and dusted this year I fear

At least Putin turns up at his national GP. Can't recall the last time another bigwig did the same unless some of the bods who appear at Bahrain and Abu Dhabi are the grand fromages

They are not taking any chances with the podium interviews today, Brundle is doing them.

This has been the story for the past two years, so I am not sure why it is any different now.

It's little wonder Kimi is so popular in Russia, he probably accounts for 20% of their Vodka exports.
biggrin

I mean you are only really competing with your teammate, so when he is severely disadvantaged its a massive bonus

hehe

I'd think it more likely that Kimi would have shares in Finlandia.

yeah a penalty for reversing in the pit lane when a marshal tells you to do it and a penalty for not going through the gate on the first slalom. i expect he'll get one for not filling his windscreen washer bottle causing him to have a ten place grid penalty just when he's in striking distance of Rosberg. Ah well, well done Mercedes. It's shaping up well for 2017.

in all sports you need to capitalise on any bit of luck - last year NR did not manage to do this. This year he has grabbed the opportunity with both hands.

Hopefully we will see both Mercedes drivers in equal equipment for the rest of the season.

Wolff's just done his looking shifty thing when asked about water leaks.

And Kyvat's being given a right slagging over the Vettel scene. Despite Vettel telling us that he braked very hard and late in turn 2 and then early in turn 3 'cos he wasn't sure about the state of his car.

Was Hamilton giving it super-sulk on the podium? Will be an interesting de-brief at Merc hehe
