Has anyone else these cars are literally everywhere now. I work in a small company, we employed a new guy recently and he drives a Qashqai. Even the reps that visit seem to drive them also. Whilst walking down the street for lunch I see about 6 or 7 of each within a stretch of about 1 mile. The supermarket car park is also filled with mostly these two cars now, same with motorways.

Nothing wrong with the above two cars but it seems like tastes are definitely changing.

Are you from the North East, loads more up here than the rest of England, mainly because everyone knows somebody who works at the Nissan factory and nobody pays full price.

My employer gets the family discounts staff get and we have absolutely nothing at all to do with Nissan.

Cheap (especially on lease deals), reliable, SUV looks and not too bad to drive in my experience. Doesn't surprise me they are so popular at all.

Threads about the Puke have been done before. I think the consensus was that they're one of the ugliest cars on the road but are dirt cheap to lease which is sadly very unfortunate.

The Fiat Multipla is a car of the same ilk, yuk.

The Juke has been incredibly innovative; after all, which other manufacture would have designed and marketed a car solely to those without a driving licence tongue out

Yup! That's pretty much what we all say. Don't forget a lot of us go on to say although not keen on them the Juke Nismo has an appeal.

Don't get the hate for the CashCow - it's cheap, half decent to drive, and practical for families.

How many of those who criticise the CashCow would happily drive a 2wd X1/X3/GLC/GLA/Q3/Q5/XC60?

Looks are an entirely subjective thing and I don't imagine the majority of PH GG posters are target market, so a pointless yard stick. Having driven one for a couple of weeks and 1000 or so miles they are actually quite a good little thing. I'd much rather see the road full of them than woeful Vauxhalls for example?

Also had a Multipla as a holiday hire car one year and as much as the looks are 'challenging' it was a much better car than the Zafira I had the year before.

People moan about cars all looking the same, being generic and no innovation, a manufacturer launches something different, un-generic and innovative to look at and everyone moans because it is odd looking!!

I'm gonna hold my hands up.. I like the Juke.. I think the styling is pretty 'way out there' and it's really grown on me.
If they did one with genuine off-road ability (which I don't think they do, but i'd stand corrected), I'd have one..

Totally agree with the 2 posters above. You may not like it but at least they've tried something different, unlike so any manufacturers nowadays.

It's because they're both pretty good cars which are well equipped and priced.

They do a switchable 4x4 one. It is quite rare. I have a cvt 1.6 turbo with leather nav and camera in stock at the moment. Its actually quite good to drive when you get used to it and they are quite good value imo.

My wife has a juke Nismo.

I dont fit in the recaro seats but it is a fun little car down b roads.

Its due for change next year and looks like she will get the Nismo RS now as she enjoys it that much.

Its only car she actually enjoyed on a test drive and has perfect set up for her driving.

North West. Looking at the Qashqai prices £18k is a lot of car for the money. I dont mind the looks, just wish the Qashqai had matching wheel arch colours.

Test driven a Juke Nismo RS was a fun little car to drive. Engine sounded a bit gutless but aside form that not a bad motor.

I can agree with that. There are a lot of bland cars out there these days.
