I always watch both press conferences just to wait for the inevitable silly question from The Mail and of course for those immortal words that strike fear into every team principal's mind....'Dieter Rencken, Racing Lines'

For the more musically minded among us:

Soundtracking a US road trip - F1 stars select their ultimate playlist

Lewis...predictable. hehe

Daniil...music

Some good'uns in there. smile

I take it all that criticised him from this thread who think the press conference is a great informative aspect for the fans will be glued to their tv's each raceway weekend for the 'press conference.'
I won't be watching it, i'll be finding the nearest boy to me so i can put rabbit ears on him and posting it to my followers. It's ok i'm 43 years old but its what people want to see, so.... kills me every time bro, peace out, blessed.
Word to yo momma. You say Honey i say G. Honey, G etc etc.
My daughter downloaded that app on her i pad last week, we had a great hour or so messing with it, i had fun but then maybe at 47 i have a slightly less rigid rod up my arse than you do ?
Drivers press conferance is THE most boring thing sky show, full of boring reporters asking the same inane questions over and over again, about time somone other thean Kimi pointed it out.

Your daughter, well that about sums it up. He's 31 year old man putting rabbit ears and eye lashes on a man in a sporting press conference. I'd have no issue if he was putting up stuff like "we really need to change this format" on twitter etc, Senna affected change as did Stewart, by using his fame and power to make things safer/better etc etc, Lewis is happy to try to affect change by being a petulant manchild and trying to change the press conference format as its a bit boring......laughable.
I've said before how Lewis is with Nicolas (his bro) is amazing and shows that Lewis is an awesome person, how about spending that time posting up positive stuff about Cerebral Palsy? Or use it to good affect in other ways like say a Muhamed Ali way, or Senna way etc.
He's in an honored position and could use it for the greater good.

Thought he handled today's PC well...very professional. Seems to be in a good space this weekend, watch out Nico! I laughed at the Sun guy getting upset at being blocked on twitter.

Just out of interest - what's the difference between fake glasses and those with plain glass?

Did anyone see DR doing the 'fake' southern drawl on Thursday or Friday? I'm not sure if it was awkward or funny. It was Certainly intended as funny and not to offend or be disrespectful.

But imagine the way the internet would explode if Lewis did it!

More so if it was Chinese or Indian or something.

What's next? 'Fashion' hearing aids, a 'fashion' wheelchair, or perhaps a costume prosthetic leg?

It's ridiculous, most people who wear glasses would love to have decent sight so they could ditch them.

Fake items tend to be copies of designer items - think fake watches - I would hazard a guess those glasses weren't copies.

Lewis has said they are real glasses with plain lenses - as I stated it's been done to the death.

I wear glasses and / or contact lenses and I don't give a st if people wear glasses with plain glass, it's up to them.

I know plenty of younger people who wear glasses with plain glass as a fashion statement and they choose designer brands which definitely are not fake or cheap.

These threads on LH make me cringe when they come up.

In one corner you'll have the trolls that have their built up frustration that's been brewing from a full season of f1, just looking for any reason to relieve themselves, and on the other will be the defenders of the messiah.

You do know people wear sun glasses when it's not sunny right? And rings when they're not married. It's a fashion item like any other. Get the fk over it!

Watching the 'race' last night and after Cal's win down under, I was thinking about the Merc dominance ovet the last 3 years and it's pretty crazy to think that had Lewis not of gone to Merc and they had partnered Nico with a young clear No2 driver or say an older wiser clear No2 we would now be referring to Nico as 3 times World champion now....
It's nuts really. Either shows Nico was unlucky Lewis joined or just simply shows how easy you can rack up WDC if the car is so much better than everyone else's.
So long as there are not car troubles it's Merc 1-2 all day long. Nico could just sit behind Lewis all the way to his first WDC now....
Thank God for MotoGP.
