Anyway how'd Lewis beating anybody in the same car go with Nico over 3 seasons? Nico had a few wins and poles IIRC....
2-1 I think smile
3-1 over four seasons if you cast your mind back to 2012 and Hamilton's first year at Mercedes alongside the established Rosberg.
I was talking about how many time Nico beat him in races and qualy though, as i made clear. Lewis has had to race one other driver for 3 seasons, wow, legend.

You missed my point. As an objective outsider looking in (I dare you to give it a try) there were definitely races where Lewis couldn't get near to Nico. Austria '14, Barcelona '14/'15 iirc and races where the tables were turned.

The point is, mentally Lewis will have explained these away to himself so as not to be his fault or he will have pored over the data (as Nico has done for 4 years) to find out why he got beat and not let it happen again.

The question asked was 'is it a good idea for Lewis to voice a negative opinion of how he felt the team treated him when they are in the market to fill a number 2 spot'.

Whether anybody else agrees with whatever Lewis thinks is irrelevant, none of us control the tiny steering wheel inside Hamilton's head so our more objective views don't matter.

I think the collective answer was yes/no/we don't know.

As Coulthard once put it, racing drivers have balls, just not crystal ones - or something.

I agree with you, I was answering other folks. And i am an objective outsider looking in, I think much of the F1 field are dull as dish water.

Comparing NR to Lewis. Stop.

Here's a good Lewis race. Drivers calling for safety cars and stop the race.

Indeed. Sometimes, giving the powers that be a reality check is needed. Let them know to not do the same thing again. Hamilton's take on it, combined with the general consensus from the paddock; mean Mercedes have had to wind their neck in; just as I, and many here, predicted!
You mean his employers, rather than the powers that be.

By powers that be, I did indeed, mean his employers...

FFS. He's a truly talented driver, but he really doesn't get it does he? Maybe he needs to hire a new PR guru for 2017....

Maybe it's a trend 'thing'...

He's doing the same thing on top of a car as his main twitter picture.

So he is. What car is it? I cant tell if it has an air intake on the roof or if what I am looking at is in the background.

Ha, Lewis Hamilton is basically exactly the same as a Slavic thug:

That's a good theme for an album - "pictures of LH squatting like a Slav on things he owns."

.... and I wouldn't stand on either Bombardier or P1 as they would probably be damaged due to weight, although given the materials they make them out of it may take it.

Not got a problem with LH doing it though and cant see what the issue is really - it's not changed my opinion of him.

Roll on March when the racing starts again!
