Not really a fan of this as it takes away some excitement of of qualifying.

You almost know what the outcome is before they cross the line. No more last minute surprises when someone does their last ditch flying lap.

For a team in their second year I think they look good here. Hopefully they can be more consistent through the year instead of dropping off as they did last year.
