Been out all day. What time does the f1 race usually appear on All 4? It's just offering qualifying at the moment.

Once again I'm going to miss the f1 as I'm at Silverstone. This time the race is much later in the day though, what are my chances of watching it in all4 this evening?

Advantage of the BT YouView box is having it on series record! Delete them if I watch it when its on, otherwise watch when convenient to me.

We used to have virgin but we moved recently and can't get it in our area. I looked at bt and sky but there's nothing we really watch that makes it worth paying for. I think I can plug in a hdd to my telly though so I'll look into that.

Back on topic, I got in from Silverstone at 7.30 and the f1 was already up on all4

O/T slightly, but does anyone have playback issues with All4?

We have it as an App on our TV, but everytime it reaches an ad break, it reverts right back to the very beginning of the episode. Which, over the course of a GP, is usually five or six times... not entirely sure what can be done, if anything, to fix/ work around it. Even trying to fast forward through the ad blocks just means you get seven adverts stacked together, rather than just two, and it then reverts back to the program intro regardless!

Odd thing All 4. Most races I have found that the race coverage is not on my Smart TV All 4 app 4 or 5 hours after it has finished. However, the app on my phone always gets the coverage several hours earlier, hence I use the phone and Googlecast. Worth installing the phone app to see if this is the same for yourselves.

All4 is probably one of the most annoying on demand platforms. Forced advert breaks and in our house the quality really isn't up to much.
