Lewis Hamilton (Vol. 2)

I’m not trying to do anything of the sort, I’m just repeating what others have often said on here.
He only had the one engine issue when points were on the table, which is why people say it. If he had others in practice or quali then it may have had an outcome on the championship but we will never know, Rosberg might have beat him in those races regardless.
Please tell me you do not believe the rubbish you type?He only had the one engine issue when points were on the table, which is why people say it. AFAIK there were the same number of points available in every single race of the season. If you know different please let us all know, we are not exactly holding our breathes waiting for you to tell us which race had no points or different points available.

Yes but at least Rosberg came back in 2017 and this time emphatically won the WDC to dispel any doubts about any supposed luck he got with Hamilton's engine failure in 2016.
Can't blame him for running away, really. He knew the chances of repeating that were vanishingly unlikely.

I just want to say that Nico Rosberg is all the evidence needed that Michael Schumacher was st.
The ONLY reason Michael won 7 F1 championships was because his dad ran a kart track and something something Uncle Ross. Michael didn't so much whinge as just run people off the track.
He wasn't a princess at all, but nobody was allowed to see his data.

In simpler terms it came down to Lewis allowing Max to pass him at the end of the last race, that was the clincher for Max for me tbh.
But in really simple terms (sorry, I have no crayons to use to clarify), the clincher was Masi not following the Rules and gifting it to Max. MustangGT said:

I don’t believe most of the rubbish you type.Edited by MustangGT on Sunday 10th March 14:26
Don’t really know why you and Plywood are getting pissy / sarcastic with me. All I’ve done is repeat the argument from Hamilton fans and for some reason you are picking me apart on it. Haven’t felt the need to do it to Paul or Nick anyone else saying it over the last few years.
Once again in this forum people seem to be going off on a tangent and arguing a point I’m not even making.
I wasn’t even berating Hamilton this time yet most of the Hamilton Defence League have turned up in response anyway

I don't know who is a member of that league but personally I am a fan of loads of F1 drivers, including Hamilton.I think there was nothing between Rosberg and Hamilton in 2016, it was a great year for fans.
I am not too sure why you felt the need to bring it up again. Different people can have different views about the way things developed.

Pretty much every post you make is anti-LH, surely you must realise that?
Nico's win was a great achievement and I don't think he has received the kudos for beating Lewis in equal machinery that he deserves, his decision not to defend the title shouldn't be questioned whatever the reason he'd had enough and had done what he came to do.
Over a season it's pretty easy to point to this or that but you still have to do it you still have to win and not crack under what must be immense pressure.
What we wouldn't give for a season like that again, interesting stat that shows just how one sided it's been over the last two seasons, Max's combined points winning margin over second place in 22/23 is more than the previous 7 seasons combined.

Despite being a Lewis fan, I feel Nico's contribution to F1 has been immense. He was only the slightest degree away from being as strong as Lewis and Schumi (in his prime) which, by any measure, is an awesome achievement - backed up by stats that he should be rightfully proud of. Had it not been for Lewis, he would have been at least a three/four time WDC imo.Over a season it's pretty easy to point to this or that but you still have to do it you still have to win and not crack under what must be immense pressure.

He was quite a lot better than old Schuey and good enough to give Lewis a proper run for his money at least some of the time.Pretty impressive, overall.

Sorry to disappoint you. Most of what you type is rubbish as evidenced in the post I highlighted, most of what I type is provably correct.

I don't know what motivates what I presume is a grown adult to behave in this way, constantly snipping at person they have never met or ever will, it is baffling but of course they realise what they are doing.Pretty much every post you make is anti-LH, surely you must realise that?
When you look at the greats of F1 though the years there is only one that gets this kind of treatment from certain posters, so it's not such a leap to add 2+2 and surmise why they do it.

Kart in obsessively anti Hamilton, genuinely hates him. I asked if he might consider referring to him as something other than 'Lulu', and he declined.Best ignored, and made to understand he'll be better off looking for arguments on Twitter than here.
