he's getting close to $100 million net worth , not bad for a driver who's only won 8 grand prix how in gods teeth has he aquired so much wealth ?
compared to say Mark Webber who won 9 grand prix and worth $10 million
Nico Rosberg Jackie Stewart , Nigel Mansell ex World champions worth $50 million !
or Coulthard on $70 million
will be watching with interest his results , but he's not spanking Tsunoda , we might get half way through the season and hes replaced by Lawson at this rate
Always quite sceptical about internet ‘net worth’ estimates - but full credit to DR if he really has done that well.compared to say Mark Webber who won 9 grand prix and worth $10 million

A few others haven’t done badly either…….

How many more races has Danny got before Lawson gets the seat? Not many hopefully.
It was a terrible result for him today (again) and made even worse by the fact Yuki got a very valuable 6 points.painful to watch ,
You have to make your own luck , either way a second rate team like Tsunoda is making him look very average , . You run out of time in qualify 3 ,make a mistake, run wide , have lap disallowed = Net result your bumped to 18th place, While your team mate gets 8th place !!
Come on , with his experience it should have been Qualify at least in 7th place and finish 5th
Dan your Toast .............Now get Lawson in the car
A lot will depend on how much day the evil Marko has in things, IMHO.
Horny seems to genuinely like and rate DR, and as I understand it Horny has some say in the RB driver seats, but to keep DR in a race seat for much longer would be a bad move.
Lawson is waiting in the wings and given the current results at RB it makes sense to let him loose for the rest of this season to try and bag as many points as possible.

The only thing keeping him in that seat must be his dossier of info he’s got stashed away on Christian Horny!
How else can we explain why he’s got this drive over Liam Lawson?
We saw at the last race how well Oli Bearman did as a last minute stand in, as Liam Lawson showed last year at the Dutch GP.
It’s time to put Lawson in the car and let him show what he can deliver Danny Ric needs to go and do something else not F1. ( would be nice to see a clear out of some others eg Bottas they are holding up seats for the new generation of younger drivers).
Tsunoda delivered a really strong result this weekend makes DR look out of his depth.

Sauber : What's going on with the pit stops ........once , excusable , two is unprofessional ..but 3 !!
I feel sorry for Ocon and Gasly , they must hate turning up for work on a Friday morning a waste of talent.. Alonso should buy a lottery ticket.
Albon was unlucky today
Hass : I predict this Will be the best result of the year , 9th and 10th . Magnuson is a reckless wild card , he's like a "professional blind date
As a long term fan of Daniel I’m sorry to see him in the back part of the field but it’s probably time for him to move on. It’s not unknown for a team to change drivers mid season so rather than quit he’s probably waiting to be replaced and getting a financial settlement from the team.

He'd light up WEC or any other series that he chose to race in. Blib said:

2 according to rumours and we know how leaky HMS Red Bull is when it comes to "rumours".As per my earlier comment, it will be interesting to see just how much influence the evil Marko has.
If Marko can dictate the fate of drivers in the teams, I can see a flare up in the (already rocky?) relationship between CH and the evil Marko, which might have a knock on effect on certain other things that have been going on for the last month or two at RB.

Not sure it is material. RB need the successor to Perez (and maybe Max) and Daniel clearly isn't it on current performance.vaud said:

Even when he was in Red Bull I felt he wasn't as great as he was made out to be, and the years have proven me right. I think good for him though - he's still one of the best drivers in the world to be in F1, just doesn't have that insane edge you get from others. Kinda think he's held up by his personality - which is a good thing for him - but if I were him I'd take a step back from wanting to be a world champ and just enjoy the fun of mid field.

I share similar views to you, a solid driver and talented, however I never thought he was a superstar. But on those days when he’s really on his game he’s very good. As a person he comes across as a genuinely good guy and deserves his success.Even when he was in Red Bull I felt he wasn't as great as he was made out to be, and the years have proven me right. It’s very hard for these guys who function at this level to enjoy the “fun” of the midfield, they all want to win, and they want to be fighting at the sharp end, and who could blame them? I’m sure most of us would feel the same if we were given the chance to get into a Formula 1 car, despite being grateful for the drive, we would still be aiming for results upfront and be non-accepting of anything less.
