I rang up yesterday to change a passenger, and was told the lady who dealt with it had already gone home (I rang at 3pm) so I explained we had been told it was the last day to make changes so she said she would leave a note for her to call me back today.See you all there on Sunday.
I didn't want to chance it, so rang around noon, the lady looked up my reference for the booking and the name had not been changed.
She did change it on the computer while I was on the phone but I'm concerned that its actually going to be changed on the gate or if its been passed on to the airport?
Its a 4 hour round trip for us to come on Sunday, so I'd hate to turn up and find we couldn't all get in
I have a similar problem - I called to add an extra passenger and they sent me a revised invoice/billing note but the 2nd passenger is not named. I will be very upset if they don't let us in now! I will try to call tomorrow before 10am which is technically more than 48 hours before the event still.
The hangar can be a bit of a faff to find so have a look at this for directions if you haven't been before. We should have some PH Signage around

I got the email today with directions etc, I replied to it asking if they could confirm the names on my order and she replied with the amended one. Might be worth doing that tomorrow just for peace of mind and some proof for entry just in case
I called today and Sarah kindly re-sent the invoice with the additional name on. Good service 
I'm getting quite excited about tomorrow. My first Sunday Service too.
I'll be there with little 4 year old Bongo in a black Y reg XJ Sov. I'll put a tin of custard (ready made I'm ashamed to say) on the dash when we park.
It did occur to me we should have name badges with forum monikers on there so we know who we're stood with.

Likewise - just spent 3 hours snow foaming, claying and machine polishing... My first time doing the last two, and due to a later than planned start it was pretty much done in the dark, so mine will be the car with some really shiny bits and some really mucky bits I've missed. Unless it's all mucky after the drive over. All fun and games. Looking forward to our 1st Sunday Service - see you all tomorrow!
