That says 102dB for the drive by but doesn't say what the limit is for the standard 0.5 mtr test at 45deg. If Drive by is 102db then the static must be quit a bit higher.

I was told by one of the staff that run the track days that they actually have noise monitors around the circuit. If your car exceed the limit it identifies the specific vehicle.
I have done a handful of track days there and they have never done the static noise test did you get at other circuits.
