Great day BMW & Pistonheads.

BMW - I think I've found a problem with your M235i race car...

Just echoing everyone else's comments on a fantastic morning, well done Pistonheads and BMW. Being a BMW fan, my day was made at being able to get behind the wheel of the M4 GTS cloud9, even if it was standing still, will never get closer again.

Fantastic day! Big thanks to Ollie and the PH team who were fantastic, as well as BMW UK.

We met some great people. Looking forward to the next one (especially pig who loves a fuss - almost as much as the sausage sarnies)!

I've never seen so many CSLs in one place, or 1M Coupes for that matter. There must have been half of all the 1Ms in the country lurking in and around the site.
The white lotus Evora sounded amazing on its way out as well.

What a day, Thanks very much to all involved.

I did email the PH team to ask a few days ago, but have had no response.

Thank you guys for another awesome meet.
Was my second ever PHSS (First being Goodwood in December)

The variety of cars is epic, the hospitality of people great and the venue was perfect!

Here's some of the pictures snapped from Sunday.
Rest can be found here. http://www.teamtarmac.com/media/bmw-sunday-service...

Only two that I saw. The much photographed M3 and an E reg 325 sport with the Tech 1 kit.

All these photos make missing the event that much harder.

Even more devastated that people just turned up & got in frown

Totally agree, it's a bit off. Either limit it to said 300 or not. I only live 40 miles away and could have popped up if you were letting non-300 designated people in. Either police the event or let anyone in.

Many thanks for the photos though! looks like it was a great event!

Also Ollie, is there any chance of getting another on of these for those who were on the reserve list as demand was so high?

I believe PH are looking at the possibility of another event here later this year. If it does happen, the people on last Sunday's reserve list will get priority. I applaud that idea, but it's only fair if Sunday's 'post-300' gatecrashers remove themselves from the list.

If you missed out this time and didn't add your name to the list, I'd suggest trying to do that retrospectively via the Events menu at the top of the homepage.

Anyway, I'd like to add my thanks to PH & BMW UK for a cracking Sunday Service. clap

Hi All,

Echoing the others thanking PH and BMW for a well organised event, hospitality was spot on and the array of cars made it an epic start to 2016's Sunday Services. I missed a few cars that left quite early, but found some time to take a stroll with the camera. Short snippets can be found below:

I'd certainly be up for making the journey up from Cornwall. Had I thought I stood a chance, I would most probably have driven up for this one, as I was only 30 places out. I realise it may sound a bit petty but what's the point of the list if it's not enforced anyway? Anyway, fingers crossed for a repeat later this year and thanks to those posting pics. smile

I'd like to say thank you to the tall handsome man from ph for selling me a sticker, the catering peeps for one bacon sandwich, Pete bishop for taking a picture of my passion wagon, and the Ferrari 550 owner for talking to me and deafening me with his tubi exhaust.

Oh and here's a picture of all 6ft 4 of me in the backseat of an i8.
