Show update,
This was the first show of its type at the museum, Access road was a little tricky for low cars but even I made it in with a bit of reversing back and forth to get onto the fields. 2 Very large fields were set up with lots of porta loos and wheelie bins for rubbish. The usual Burger van (same one used for the drivers at the Supercar event) Tea and Coffee stands. The Entrance fee also included admission into the aircraft sheds so at £5.00 pp was a bargain and other monies raised from the entrance fee was going to the Air Ambulance and Heros charities. Redhill Raido were in attendance as were the emergency services showing some of there cars and Fire engines. There was a Jap car section, a Military Vehicle section and of course Various American cars. "Trust Ford" were also there showing off 2 New Mustangs.
A few trade stands were there but this show shows massive potential for the future.
The only negative feedback I heard was that prior to the show people had asked a few questions about the show set up on FB and receiving no reply decided not to bother and go to Brooklands instead.
I would recommend this show in the future not only to traders but also to other car clubs.
Great effort for a 1st show.

Great effort for a 1st show.
I live locally and popped in for 90 mins with my 2 young sons. We all really enjoyed it and I was impressed with the quality and variety on display, especially for a brand new event.
I know very little about American cars but they all had such charm and character and sounded wonderful.
It's a great venue. We will be back next year.

I'm another local who was only going to the Gatwick show briefly before driving to the Brooklands Event. I spent much longer at the Hot Rod Show and as it was my first visit to Gatwick Aviation Museum I had a good look around decided to abandon the idea of going to the Brooklands Event.
Very well done to Mike L the organiser (who has had this event in mind for a while now) and his team of helpers for making it such a huge success while helping local charities.
There is a little known oasis of Americana in two locations on an industrial estate in Redhill where one can see second hand '59 Caddies, Plymouths, Mercury's, Fords, Buicks etc.
