Good track behaviour except for the cock in the Cockster Gt4 who undertook me turning into the last corner. Who then signalled me past on the next straight! Oh well. :-)
wonder if he finished above the Silver Porka Turbo in my session - must be a tight battle at the top of championship

Maybe! Must be that dam porsche cup championship.

I got him on video :-)

I saw your car on your session. No pics but it sounded evil as an evil thing!

Some of my photos, caught the DC5 going into gravel trap and BMW spinning around the same time (sorry, but at least you can have the photo to hang up now!):

I had an enjoyable session on track in session 1

I hope the spectators enjoyed the noise

I've been searching everywhere online for the race results, but can't seem to find them anywhere ... anyhow, to the Silver Porsche Turbo Cab who undertook me almost immediately after the Pace Car pulled in, I hope you won the race, you were very quick - and good luck for the rest of the championship

:roll eyes:

I saw this! Dick move from Porsche driver

For anyone heading home south on the a34....speed camera van in the 50 section :-)
First time I've seen the camera there, despite using that road so often. Hoping I sailed by it OK, I was too busy waving goodbye to my travel buddy

Might have got me pootling along in a big long train of cars.

Was only 55 (GPS) when I spotted the van and lifted off. On the cusp I guess....

2 week wait, hey ho...

Was a nice morning though. smile

Thoroughly enjoyed this morning, helped a few people out and got my footage uploading to youtube soon.
Was running well in the 9.35 session right up till i had a misfire at high RPM, had to slow down! Thinking the coils got a bit too hot and caused it, have to do some diagnosis later today if i can feel up to it, still suffering from a cold frown

Massive thanks to everyone who organised it, BenLowden for the ride in that Clio, that was well sorted! And Graham from Caterham, for showing what the new 620S can do smile
Makes me want to go get a Caterham now hehe

Thanks everyone! Had a great couple of sessions on track, and a walk round some impressive cars inbetween.

Only one Matt black GTR going for a inside move at the end of the Wellington straight on a pace car lap for me to moan about, but meh, no damage done. I was in the Red GT86, I'll apologise if I got in anyone's way whilst out there! To the owner of the Focus, sorry for your misfortune on the engine front. However, if it helps, it was a pretty spectacular sight in my rear view mirror!

I know they do go there from time to time, but never seen with my own eyes in 9 years of driving or 15+ years of being in the area.

My little ST170 really impressed me today! Took an absolute hammering and never missed a beat. Just warped brake discs to deal with now!hehe

Sorry to anyone I slowed up, my car was trying its best to shake itself to bits on the brakes. that's no excuse for an M3 dive bombing me on the brakes though. Good job a spotted him in the mirror just before turning in.

Epic fun and had a chinwag with some top people, currently sat in a pub in Banbury awaiting some well earned grub!

Well, little Bubli finally made it along after some time-out sorting bits with a few more still required.

An 'all-or-nothing I'm going' adventure she generally held well smile

Although, she did embarrassingly decide to break her fuel switch as I was moving her to the other car parking area.

Thanks to all the support, and laughs, I had; especially for the lock wire that did the trick! Even got my watch back wink

An intense but great fun escapade smile

Super turn-out and fab Sunday Service once again!

Good to meet you in the briefing today Adam and I'm glad the ST170 was fun!

My little Clio was bonkers on it's budget tyres, I couldn't hear my engine over the screeching of the tyres. Brakes went completely spongy after 15 minutes... but it was a lot of fun smile

Brilliant little thing. Brightened up everyone's day.

Thanks to PH and Silverstone for organising it. Lots of interesting cars and people.

Thanks to Greham from Caterham for the passanger laps in the 620S (which was really an R with a manual gearbox). I really do need to own a Caterham, but perhaps something a little more tame.
