Tandy is believed to be stepping up to the P1 programme next season. Rumours are they've nabbed Lotterer for a 919 seat as well. And who knows if they'll bite the bullet on a third car for the early rounds and Le Mans, as Toyota look like doing? Bamber would be very unlucky to miss out if that were the case.

They will have six factory seats for the WEC GTE Pro entry too. I'm surprised they've binned Lieb altogether; I had him down for a GTE drive.

Alonso has self-confirmed for 2018 too!!

Last I read Porsche were very firm about only having 2 cars next year, even after Toyota announced they would be taking 3.

Romain Dumas also leaves the P1 team

Expect Tandy to move up and Lotterer to get a seat

Still leaves one vacancy if they run only 2 cars

Will the move Jani to the No1 (Webber) car, and have a complete new crew in the 2, or leave him as the experienced guy in the 2
