Back home in Canada it's a $300 fine for snow covering your roof and $50 per window and/or light. If you get enough snow over here it's only a matter of time before the Law catches up on this potential revenue stream.

The muppet & his other half in the Astra on The Meadows r/bout this afternoon. Not sure why you called me / my mother a 
& why your other half decided to give me the beans & fingers salute seeing as it was you that cut in front of our car as you were in the wrong lane not ua 
Also the idiot in the Audi A1 who tailgated us down the A331 from Aldershot to Frimley flashing your lights expecting us to move over from the right hand lane even though we were overtaking the slower cars in the left hand lane. I guess you also failed to see the rather brightly marked Police car that was the car directly in front of us in the right hand
ETA - The E36 shape 3 series that was attempting a u-turn on the A30 around lunchtime bringing traffic to a halt - i guess it was because they'd seen the Police ANPR van in the entrance of Sandhurst and had some reason to not want to pass it. Sadly i think their u-turn gained more attention than they wanted it to

What dont tell avon and somerset police that none of them can be bothered. When I complained on twitter got told this "windows and lights are clear". Not only that he was tailgating like a pro! By the time I got the photo 3 lots of snow had fallen off!

There is a reason why you are suppose to clear the snow from your vehicle and I would expect a police officer to set an example but it is a matter of opinion.
My passenger took the photo and if you note the following distance is more than acceptable. I constantly look to improve my driving but I am not without sin, however I do bother to clear snow from my vehicle.
Every idiot who uses the right-turn only lane leading up to the Longford roundabout in Gloucester to try and jump the usually small queue of traffic in the left lane during rush hour. Then as they get near to the roundabout they force their way in to the left lane which in turn forces the queue of traffic behind to stop and build up. Occasionally you'll get one who thinks if they keep rolling they can outgun the person in the correct lane to the other side of the roundabout only to discover there is stopped traffic on the A40 which is backed up on to the roundabout.
Prime example next to me on the way home today. He was that adamant that he would save so much of the time during his evening by being in front of me for 2 minutes in a queue of traffic, on the other side of the roundabout he actually drove up the middle of the road next to me with traffic coming the other way instead of slowing down and slotting in behind me, even though I exited the roundabout before him. At that point I decided he was completely off his trolley and let him in front.
