Turning a stereo down is also a good tip if your trying to pull out of a junction with parked cars blocking your view.. instead of edging out blindly.. open the windows and listen

the doris in a v reg Puma this morning.. Dual carriageway with a 40mph limit, in lane 2 doing 30, constantly looking to the passenger seat and doing some kind of kids tv panto - turned out she had a child in the passenger seat and was keeping them entertained.

This was taking up 100% of her concentration as other cars, vans, lorries and even a BUS undertook her.

I was stuck behind her for 2 miles, making the decision not to break the law and hope that she would at least ONCE glance into her rear view mirror and realise shes not the only one on the road (or add 10mph to meet the speed limit..)

In the end i lost my rag and bibbed.. to which she looked in the rear view, looked startled and then flung her car where it should have been, Lane 1, then having the cheek to give ME the 5 knuckle shuffle sign out of the window...
