Half-hearted effort. He could have parked sideways, on the mid-line blocking all 6 bays.
Fkn amateur.

Fkn amateur. Wrong. Only 4 bays available to block.

Fkn amateur. Wrong. Only 4 bays available to block. You need to think laterally.

Mentalist on B645 West of St Neots at 8.45pm last night, who was weaving from one side of the road to the other at each bend in front of me. I initially thought he was some dumbass trying to stop me overtaking (which I wouldn't have done on a bend anyway), but he was just trying to straighten out the bends, rather than follow the longer line of our carriageway. Is this the latest way of trying to save fuel? As soon as the road straightened out he kept left and I overtook him without any problem. Strange man.

If he could see round the bends then I'm not seeing any problem.

The only time I tend not to is if there's cats eyes down the middle because of the jolts every time you drive over them. What is the point of having to slow down unnecessarily and subject yourself to more lateral G-forces just for the sake of following some painted line? Same thing applies to deserted roundabouts - keep some speed and just take them close to the apexes if there's nothing else about.

Because its fun in an Elise and who said anything about slowing down

The turdburglar in the z4, who was so far up my bumper I could almost feel his breath on the back of my neck, while I was overtaking a 4 lorry convoy and a few 55mph drivers on a NSL dual carriageway earlier. I was doing 70 to pass them but clearly i wasn't making sufficient progress for him. I did pull over to the inside lane when it was clear of cars/trucks. And he slotted in behind me, until we approached slower cars again an I signalled to move out to overtake but couldn't, as soon as I put the indicator on z4 was out and overtaking me at 0.1mph quicker than I was travelling. Needless to say I cought the slower cars before he'd even completed the overtake, I could have swung it out to avoid slowing but it would have meant me being tight on his arse. (and a nominee for knobish driving) He then sat there in the outside lane doing 60-65 at varying points. I got bored of his antics and slotted in with the 55 cruises knowing my junction was the next one (about 2 miles away). As soon as I did this he gunned it up the carriageway at knoblike speed!
