Drivers crawling down a slip road and trying to merge with 70mph traffic doing 40.
Dear.fking.god
A couple of months ago I was behind a lady that STOPPED on the slip road onto the A46 from the A607.. Dear.fking.god
Many years ago when I was learning to drive my instructor used to tell me non-confident drivers and indecision were a great cause accidents on the road. Make your mind up and stick to it he said, it's better other drivers know you're going to do something stupid than have no idea what you're going to do at all!

there is nothing wrong with this whatsoever, providing it is done safely. I can only assume from your username that you drive at 20mph in a 30 zone and it happens to you a lot!
It happens a reasonable amount to me doing 30 in a 30. On rare occasions it's safe. Most often I wince and wonder if this one will be a crash.Not indicating!
Roundabouts really get me annoyed. Even as a pedestrian it annoyed me walking past a carpark to school every day, noone would indicate so I would presume they were not turning in, then they'd give me weird looks because they thought I'd 'walking out in front of them'.
People getting annoyed by safe overtakes.
People in rubbish, slow, uninteresting cars getting annoyed at me trying to be eco oncce in a while only because 1/ they lack any prowess in overtaking, 2/they have rubbish slow cars which is rather confusing given they seem to hate going 56mph on a national speed limit zone...
People being idiots on country roads in rubbish rust cans, making me have to dive into hedge to aviod a crash because they hav'nt the brains to realise the road isnt big enough for both cars... (Insert 'these roads are for local people' joke here...)

I'm sure mostly they aren't doing it to hack your accountz and stealz all your cash monayz, and in fact are probs in a tardtrance and not really looking, but I tend to stop and stare at them till they realise in any case.

well if it's unsafe, it's unsafe regardless of speed!
Not sure if that's totally accurate. But even so. Most overtakes I see in 30 zones fall into the unsafe category. The proportion in higher limits seems much smaller.I suspect the 45 everywhere crowd as the problem. In a 40 they can cope with it. In a 60 we are overtaking them. But in a 30 they get so wound up that the universe has put obstacles in their way stopping them doing their 45, that eventually they do something dumb.

If I'm behind someone at the ATM or checkout I make a point of turning away or pretending to look at something. If I'm behind someone who is having to talk to a cashier/customer service etc I make sure I stand well back so as not to overhear them. I just see it as common manners and politeness.
Some of mine are when motorway driving;
- Been mentioned before many times, but people who cruise along in the middle-lane when they're overtaking nothing.
- People who cannot maintain their speed on motorways and constantly change from doing 65mph up to racing past at 85mph, then back down to 70mph. And so on ...
Also;
- People who fit tacky LED light strips to their cars so they can pretend try drive an Audi fitted with DRLs...Some look ok, but most don't .. Especially when the car in question is a Skoda Octavia taxi!
- People (well, chavs/barrys/general boy racers) who leave a big gap in slow moving traffic just to race up to the car in front then slam their brakes on..
I'm sure there is much more but that will do for now!!
