As well as those Alloys I think the magazine got some steel wheels 'banded', and got Janspeed to make up the exhaust.
I knew I'd seen that before somewhere - practical classics. 2007.As well as those Alloys I think the magazine got some steel wheels 'banded', and got Janspeed to make up the exhaust.
Do you want one of these ?
You need to get in touch with Martyn Marrocco in Malton, North Yorkshire. He has done several for customers I understand. He is really a bodywork man and works in partnership with someone on the mechanical side I understand.

Great line :-)
And love the picture of it laying 11's on the airstrip.
Would it be 11's or just 1's?! I assume 230Es didn't come with a LSD so unless they've also replaced the diff...Great line :-)

Why do you need LSD to spin both wheels?Truly epic.
Never had the W123, prefer the W124 personally.
But, wow! Would love a W123 Coupe one day.
They should stick e '240D' badge on the back, to confuse people even more!
Solid build quality - when Mercs knew how to do things properly.
What a machine, and those 'M117' engines are superb, bullet-proof units.
