you dont need agro, just rock up and take what is yours, simple, if its not working / engine less push it out of their yard and up the road, park it and then arrange a tow/pick up while sitting in side it

if the car is in bits call PC Plod and your insurance company and tell them what has happened and that you are making a calim to replace the car as its been destroyed
