Have a look at the vintage sidecar racing and hillclimb videos on YouTube.

Outstanding.

Irvin jacket, silk scarf, handlebar 'tache and flying googles mandatory.

Utterly barking and utterly wonderful in equal measures. Want. But not sure it will get passed for sale in Switzerland. Daughter would love this. Not so sure about the wife, although with just two seats she won't fit in anyway!

That's my favourite design of them all - fighter pilot style. Even the exhausts and their heatshields resemble machine guns!

I saw these at Goodwood, they look mental, sound crazy, made me grin just seeing them. I want one! Or three.

Imagine the back road dogfights you could have with an appropriately painted one of these:

Saw a few of these at the Festival of Speed, absolutely love them, there's just something about them that makes me want one! Plus the noise, absolutely insane and by far the loudest 'supercar' going up the hill!

At the top the driver did a short drift and then a burnout. It was absolutely bonkers, and utterly brilliant. In the RAF livery this must be one of the coolest cars ever.

would love one of these, but as with a Caterham even if i could afford one i wouldn't fit in it... downsides to being 6'4".

Awesome, and they sounded great at FOS - but at £30k, I'd rather have a hot Caterham, thanks.

Yes, it's an MX5 gearbox, apparently.

Amazingly stable, driftable and imense fun. I had a Grinnal Scorpion (same wheel lay out, BMW 1000cc bike motor/gearbox/rear suspension) which laid waste to many superbikes because it cornered and braked so much better than a bike. Big doghnuts on full lock at will! Laugh out loud fun, just no reverse gear...

Bill and Maggie Tuer were the fastest I think. Staggering parformance from a 20's design! Just brilliant to see them walking away from a determined Vincent twin outfit at Cadwell!
