How stable is a 3 wheeled design like this?
Not very when in reverse.. hehe

Can't get all dewy eyed about this. What an anachronistic pile of crud.

Looks like it was built by a bunch of schoolchildren from Ulan Bator.

So lets see if i understand this

Morgan a company for famous for V8 sports cars produces a car with 2 cylinders and a wheel missing, this is great

Porsche a company that has alot of 4 cylinders in its history is planning on producing a 4 cylinder car and this is terrible

I don't understand

I'm 6'4" and 15 stone, will I fit?
I tried one on (litteraly) at the FOS and I'm nearly 6ft 3in and 16 stone and it was a very tight fit. With my size 10/11 feet I would need racing shoes made out of a whales foreskin to use the pedals properly.

But I still love it cloud9

Anyone remember TOCA Touring cars for the PC? You could drive a Grinall Scorpion in one of the support races. Hillarious in the wet.

confused
Surely Morgan is just as famous for building three wheelers with bike engines as it is for V8 sports cars?

I guess it depends on your age.

One of my enduring motoring memories was following a Reliant Robin in the snow - a very difficult drive in a three-wheeler when the snow gets piled up in the middle of your lane.

Duh! No, you really do not understand do you ! The firm has been going for more than 100 years owned by the same family..

The very first Morgans were 3 wheelers.

And lets not forget that at regular speeds the new three wheeler is faster than a Boxster ! And given the design of the thing, 60mph will feel like 160mph !

Disagree, I think the sporty wheel looks superb and adds to the 'modern take' of a classic rather than just trying to make it a replica smile But then, at 24, I am probably not considered the target market hehe

+1 to both those comments. A nice thin wooden rimmed wheel with polished chrome or stainless spokes please. I imagine that as original equipment it would fail all manner of safety tests. Which considering you would have to be certifiably insane to drive one is ludicrous!

Must check my lottery tickets!

Want.

I like this Morgan and I like Morgans in general. I don't object to the 4-pot Porsche plans and I don't object to Porsches in general. My views are entirely self-consistent.

Im not sure but i think you might find wooden steering wheels are illegal these days because they can splinter in the event of a accident.
