CPP is run/owned by a Russian? Well they better give up now then. Look what happened the last time a Russian took over a well loved Marque......

Well done CPP. Part of the resurgence of the British Car Industry, building quality cars for export all over the world. Shame that most of the Brits will only be able to afford a new Tata the way the economy has been s*****d to death by the BrownBlairMillibandBalls consortium.

Getting the capital to make these sort of purchases is impressive. They either have a very good relationship with their bank, or this Russian guy probably owns more of CPP now than he did at the start of 2011.

However, saying that this makes perfect sense and ties up all sorts of ends is not correct, in my view. Zagato have never really made much of a profit and how this design house links into Spyker and Bowler is anyones guess. Spyker has it's own heritage and distinctive design language, and Bowler is, well, Bowler.

It could work in Asian markets - maybe.

Good on them, seem to be making some serious progress.
