Most miles driven/ridden in one go?
Discussion
Surrey to Cerbere, on the France/Spain Border via Lyon and back. 1800miles in 2 days.
Sister and family were stuck in Spain due the 'ash cloud' flying issue (2010?), niece needed to return for exam, so my mother asked me to go and rescue them.
DISCO3, empty on the way out just me as driver, but with top box on, 6 up + luggage on the way home.
Left early Sunday morning, arrived at about 1800, stayed over night, up again at about 6am and arrived home for a curry on the Monday night. Fuel stops only.

Le Mans to Marbella in 2000 E34 M5 1070 miles in 13 hours "no cameras"
Le Mans to Marbella in 2016 VW Multivan 16 hours more or less at the speed limits
Many more epic drives over the years.
Once I'm in the zone, I just drive
My late father once drove the family in 1969 In a Ford Corsair from Hoek of Holland to Bielsko Biala 800 odd miles in 17 hours
Mother didn't drive in those days plus the all the boarder crossings. Guess I got his genes.

Back around March 1997, I once drove a Honda Accord on a 'driveaway' 3024 miles in 49 hours 15 minutes...... on my own!
I had been backpacking around the world the previous 2 years, and after visiting relatives in San Jose in California, I needed to get cross country to NYC to meet up with friends for St. Patricks Day. Though the 'driveaway' company gave me 7 days to do it (the car actually need to go to Arlington, Virginia, but that was a relatively short drive down from NYC), I gave myself a target of doing it in 4: I wasn't planning on doing it in just over 2!
Basically picked car up around 11am on the Thursday, and drove right through till about 6am Friday, only stopping for fuel when I then would also use the toilet and re-stock with pints of coffee and 'Big Gulps' of Diet Coke! I slept in car for 2 hours and headed off again around 8am. This time, I went all the way through to 6am again - a FULL 22 HOURS!!!
I was near hallucinogenic by that stage - kept giving myself targets: 'I'll just make it to Chicago', before seeing a sign saying 'Toledo - 56 miles', so then I'd push myself a bit more: 'ok, just make it to Toledo'. But then getting to Toledo, I'd then see a sign for 'Cleveland - 36 miles', so I'd push on to Cleveland, etc., etc. It was completely stupid, I was weaving all over the place by that stage, trying to keep myself awake (it was nearly 20 years ago - it's most definitely not something I'm proud of now!!!).
Anyway, once I finally put the head down around 6am Saturday morning, I was back on the road again at around 8am and carried straight on to Manhattan. I didn't stop the clock until I was on the George Washington Bridge at around 3:15pm (taking in to account the 3 time zones I crossed!), and completely shocked my friends when I turned up at their apartment, nearly 2 days early, as being the mid-90's, there was no such thing as Facebook or texting to let them know my progress!!
Completely mad thinking back now - totally insane! Getting caught in blizzards crossing the Rockies, nearly getting sandwiched by even sleepier 'big rigs', and only got one speeding ticket too in Nevada..... (He caught me at 88mph, as I came up BEHIND him: but that's a whole different story altogether!!

I'm the same, I can just sit there all day, stop for fuel, food and drink and calls of nature obviously. One of my colleagues at work reckons that after four hours and he's had enough for the day.Le Mans to Marbella in 2016 VW Multivan 16 hours more or less at the speed limits

A colleague of my dad (lives in Glasgow) was invited to a wedding in Aberdeen, and asked my dad if he could recommend the best place for an overnight stop to break the journey!
If in one go is defined as a single day of driving with breaks for fuel, Chunnel and food, Hertfordshire to Nurburg followed by 8 laps in TF (with a trip to the ED for fuel) then down to Adenau - so just under 560 miles. If we are talking strictly non-stop without a break of any kind then it is only about 300 miles (Calais to Nurburg) due to the range of the car.

Just a curious thought really. What's the most amount of miles you have driven in one go?
This is without swapping driver or stopping for a power nap. Fuel stops are allowed and this also includes bikes and lorry's.
Personally I think the most I have done is about 250 and that was only for a holiday destination.
Non-stop: Macduff, Scotland to Cleethorpes, England and vice versa - 465 miles several times (not even stopping for fuel)This is without swapping driver or stopping for a power nap. Fuel stops are allowed and this also includes bikes and lorry's.

With fuel and sandwich break: Jatznick, Germany to Delft, Holland, 518 miles including 100 miles in 1 hour on a deserted autobahn in North Eastern Germany
Mad-cap return days working 5 to 8 hours on-site: Cleethorpes/Plymouth (700 mile round trip), Cleethorpes/Belfast (610 mile round trip + ferry)
Not too wild compared to many folks here!

1178 miles most summers between Lincolnshire and Miami Platja in Spain, takes about 20 hours total with fuel and food stops. I enjoy it tbh, its normally only the final stint in Spain that gets frustrating, mostly because I am tired.
I normally take 5 days to do that trip We leapfrog nice hotels on the way down.
I regularly do 745 miles Crewe to Braunschweig, north Germany.
Did 894 miles Crewe to Orange, France once.
Used to do 815 miles Crewe to Soluthurn, Switzerland.

A piddly 200 miles non stop for a 30 minute meeting then straight back home again via the petrol station. Was about 4 hours 30 minutes in each direction, so roughly 9 hours driving with 45 minutes of rest.
I would normally pull a face about driving all that way for so short a meeting but as my project needed approval by the people in that meeting for funding I didn't have much of a choice.
I once drove to a job to do a software update, arrived on-site and discovered I'd left the software at base. Luckily it wasn't a critical issue so we joked about it, I had lunch and went home. So that was me paid to drive for eight hours free of all other calls on my time. And of course I got a return trip a few days later. In one go, no pitstops at all (ie only stopping for red traffic lights, jams etc) i did 375 miles, mostly heavy traffic, to get up to Edinburgh for the fringe. I even averaged 30.4mpg as i did it - not bad for a 5l V8 saloon car!
With a ferry and a fuel stop, i once did 475 miles down to the Loire valley.

Florence to Weybridge, c.1,000 miles. Left Florence at 8am, back in my house just before 10pm.
That's going some sir My wife did the last hour to the Tunnel while I had a nap in the back... she managed a 120mph+ average for the hour.
Came back from Niece in 12 hours the following year, but that's only 851 miles... would have been quicker, but the Golf Gti pool car I had at the time needed a fuel stop every 250 miles. The diesel Mondeo I had for the Italian trip would do >500 between stops at 100mph+.
