Always good to read these updates so thanks for sharing Paul. Shame about the bump but it could have been alot worse so look at it that way. Main this is no one was hurt and the Tiv is back in rude health.

Sounds good, but I bought the Lexus to silently waft. I don't want to hear a whisper from the engine in mine, I have another car for noise.
I concur. I have my XJR for wafting and my Delta for noisy A roading. But no SHED.

Do you think it prudent to have 3 cars? eek

I actually have 4, but I don't write about the Mk1 Eunos 1.8S as it's used by the Mrs smile

I might have spotted you in Liphook as I work out and around there. Is Liphook really the nearest approved centre to you?

I do see a few TVR's running around and have seen a green Chim now and again. You never know, one could have been you!

You might have seen me, I pass occasionally smile

I took the car to Liphook simply because of good feedback about them, they aren't exactly local but I wanted a good job done so it was worth it. It also helped that Fernhurst use them too as they are the people who look after my car.

They did a great job.

The smug feeling of knowing it's safely tucked up as the rain lashes against my window is one I enjoy immensely.
I used to be like that with my BMW. Now it has been kicked out of the garage as the Lotus has taken its place. frown

I see it geting dirty outside and it makes me sad. It has a good coating of wax and it beads in the rain unlike the cars it parks next.
