According to the new issue of Octane, this belongs to racer Stuart Graham, so I should get extra points for the person as well as the car and plate. Spotted quite close to where his Honda dealership used to be just outside Nantwich. I could only find this in connection with Stuart Graham http://www.motorsport-imagery.com/img/s10/v16/p440...George H said: BD2 105 bhp - and £270 road tax! Diplomats don't pay local taxes. Having been pulled up as calling 'road fund license' a tax in the past, I'm keen to know why they dont pay a license fee?

I thought briefly I saw 'H15 LDN' on a truck this morning.
It was actually 'H15 LGN'. You can imagine the disappointment I felt.

Why would H15 LDN be worth that much? Looks like a £250 plate to me.
