They are made in the same factory that used to make MIG plane fuselagesI'm in the "like" camp.
IMO it's not ugly; it is too much of a Murciélago rip-off (except from the rear, which looks like the Chrysler ME 4-12 concept - see below) - but at least it's not a Gumpert.
I also echo the sentiment that the LS9 is a brilliant (or indeed the perfect) engine for the job. If I had enough wealth to buy the rights to the TVR name, I'd definitely be building cars using LS V8s (TVR used GM-designed V8s before, after all).
I wish them luck - hopefully they make some styling alterations so as not to produce a blatant clone, but if this is cheap enough (the mention of carbon fibre worries me), they should sell and give the financiers enough return to develop something that's a little different at least in terms of styling.
