Not a Gilbern.

Looks MGB based but that's as much as I can guess.
It's not MGB based but you are on the right track.

It's not that either. I can say that the car was a coachbuilt one-off.

It's actually not that hard. It is not based on the MGB but that guess was in the right direction as mentioned, however this car actually predates the MGB. It was also built on the only bare chassis sold of that particular type of car.

A take the liberty to post yet another one since no one else did. So what's this then:

you need to make this harder:

1961 MGA with a Panelcraft (London) custom body, designed by D. N. Stephenson.

Yes. Indeed. I have some stuff I think will be probably hard though and of course there is that mystery car no one seems to have found yet.

Why aren't you lot on Autopuzzles? It's a great site - no bhing and sarcasm, really friendly members. New members always welcome.

I have profile there, although I have never used it:

http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?action=...

But I just thought it looked too much for my taste. I like when I can just follow one thread and guess whenever I see something that looks interesting. Following a whole forum however is much harder work.

Cool, that's the same colour as the one we owned when I was a kid. Growing up with cars like that as the family daily it's not really a surprise I'm into cars.
Blimey. That would have put me off cars for life...hehe
Its a beauty !!

an early Discovery just a dwarf Disco
I used to be absolutely fascinated by this car for some reason when I was a nipper in the mid 80's. Was quite rare, and hence used to be an event whenever I spotted one. By the age of 3/4 I could call out virtually every car on the road . . apart from this one

Indeed. Although it is often referred to as Yamaha A550x or Nissan-Yamaha, but you obviously found/know the car.

Do you want to post one now?

Going by the door, I'm guessing the first is some sort of BMW E30 concept/coupe? No idea on the second...

At first glance I thought the top one looked a bit Rover 800 Coupe ish, so I'm guessing Rover / Honda prototype?

Is the other one a TVR 350i?
