Thought I'd just suggest this "99% all there and a untouched standard van"
Looks slightly ambitious price wise...

Including a couple of bags of rotten chassis bits with the V5 (if wanted!) makes it legal, I suppose! .
Reported again anyway.

But regrettably that is not deterring a lot of spivs trying this on. I anticipate a number of cases in the future where the DVLA and Vosa remove these nonsences from the road when the obviously dishonest representations become apparent. There are regular illegally supposedly 'registered' kit cars and specials for sale on Ebay and most of these fall away because despite the careful misleading wording the buyers smell a rat.
I no longer buy unregistered kit cars unless I am certain that the provenance is genuine and fully documented which is probably true in about 5% of the 'barn find' kit cars offered in this way. These kits are really of no use if registration is to be reasonably easily achieved and are really only useful as a source for spares. Sadly there are still buyers about who do not appreciate this. They will in the end and an expensive lesson it will be. Which is a great pity because genuine enthusiasts deserve fair trade.

I even had people on Facebook reporting that one. As far as I'm concerned if someones Escort gets stolen now eBay are accessories.
Seems that if "See original listing" link is clicked, it is still possible to report the auction to eBay.Would PHers reading this please do that?
Thanks!
