Is that similar to being only partly pregnant? smile

Indeed that makes the point precisely. If it is illegal then it should not be on the road. That may be unwelcome to some but it is the reality of living in a very crowded country. Motorists cannot ignore the law.

Oh come on, that's blatant. There is no other reason to buy that apart from to create a ringer.

Exactly what I thought. No attempt to try and mask it as anything other than a ringer.

That appeared on eBay over the weekend as well but got removed pretty quickly - wonder whether this one gets pulled as quickly as the last one.

Do we allow Gumtree to infiltrate this thread?

Range Rover

They do seem to have a report button so I'll use it. I haven't read the thread through - what's the standard message provided to eBay or whoever?

If the advert doesn't get removed I'm sure...

Also reported that Land Rover, gumtree seems an absolute magnet for conmen and scams!

Perhaps I missed something in that ad, if so please could someone explain? The sale of a Land Rover chassis with its V5 is perfectly normal, ok and as far as I thought, legal?

Read it again. He's not selling a chassis. He's selling a V5 and a chassis plate.

You can walk away with what he's selling in your coat pocket.
