Cloud Cuckooland nonsense by the seller! The car has only scrap value. Beyond economic recovery. Best avoided! Dreamland prices it's worthless.

Malaga is 74-77 so could feasibly be reg as Sports Cortina some were then. Also could be use as a track day or comp car?

That chassis give scrutineers something to laugh about at least. Pigeon crap welded half inch box section from the looks of it.

That was my vew. Up to the interested buyers to establish the reality of the build quality?? Personally I woud avoid such a car because I know from exerience costs are likely to escalate and without signifcant real provenance on the car IVA is the only possible way to regster legally.

The other way round here, what do you make of it? Just a spares car? If so, what's he done with the identity?

Still registered as a having a Rover V8 but running a 2.8 Diesel.

Tiggers Broom of a Land Rover but sadly many are. I wouldn't touch it without seeing a file full of receipts at least. Don't you love it when people suggest an Irish plate is a private one. What the owners initials could be NIJ and born in 1816 I suppose. scratchchin

I asked what happened to the VIN plates and log book and hey presto it magically turned into an old Rover. bow

For my next trick I'll make a kitten walk through the Great Wall of China. wink

Interesting my mate couldn't find any mention of it when he looked (but he is a luddite). Still strikes me as a bizzare ad on a swap site!
