I've found this method more effective than reporting it to eBay these days. I they are agreeable then I'll pass it on to the Police vehicle crimes unit.

That is fine until THEY report YOU to the Police! Do you have that base covered?

They won't. If they did they would be handing themselves in. Worse case scenario I have few minute conversation with an officer.
