The eBay reporting profile contains an algorithm that searches the listing and messages about the listing for key words like stolen, crime, ringing, fraud as well as others key words related to other issues. If any of these are detected the listing is bumped to the top of the reported items list for review and subsequently removed faster.
At least that's the theory. I'll have to try it more times to be sure.

That's very sad. Not only has the identity been used to ring another vehicle the carcass is being offer for ringing.
I like the way Mr David Wall has left his postal and email addresses for all to see. I'm sure some international lottery syndicates, time share companies, money exchange banks, Nigerian tribal chiefs...
